Project Manager and Platform Lead HVAC (m/f/d)
Main tasks
- Subject Matter Expert HVAC in the pharmaceutical environment
- Creation and dissemination of HVAC engineering standards within Peleven AG
- Quality assurance of HVAC projects for our customers
- Professional evaluation of applicants for the expansion of our HVAC team
- Development of best-in-class HVAC and clean room concepts and design standards in the pharmaceutical environment
- Controlling and change management within the scope of our own projects
- Preparation of planning documents in interdisciplinary cooperation
- Support in the development of cleanroom concepts
- System design using planning tools (e.g. Linear, Revit) or in-house calculation templates
- Management of the tendering process and creation of suitable tender documents
Profile
- Completed training with a university degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering or process engineering
- Several years of experience in the planning of technical building systems in the pharmaceutical or chemical environment
- Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
- Passion for changing working environments in integral and multidisciplinary planning projects
- Willingness to take on responsibility and enjoy teamwork
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Commissioning & Qualification Lead (all genders)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Commissioning and Qualification (CQ) function in projects.
- Manage commissioning and qualification/validation teams.
- Coordinate commissioning and qualification activities.
- Develop and oversee the planning of CQ document creation and execution of commissioning and qualification activities in line with project requirements.
- Formulate commissioning and qualification strategies and concepts.
- Prepare high-level project documents such as System Impact Assessments (SIA), Master Commissioning and Qualification Plans (MCQP), and training materials.
- Coach and instruct project personnel on commissioning and qualification matters.
- Provide guidance to team members on CQ and compliance adherence.
- Support and advise project and CQ engineers on CQ and compliance issues.
- Review and approve commissioning and qualification documents.
- Create project-specific work instructions (change control procedures, deviations, documents, raw data, Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), CQ strategy, etc.).
- Generate and manage deviations, changes, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare, conduct, and support risk assessments for facilities, utilities, equipment (including computer systems).
- Develop Design Qualification (DQ) plans and prepare test documents, including Commissioning, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical or Process Engineering, or equivalent technical education with relevant experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- 3-5 years of experience as a CQ Lead or similar position.
- Experience in leading project teams.
- Strong knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and/or validation processes.
- Proficiency in Data Integrity requirements and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Familiarity with Change Management processes.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, including Eudralex, FDA, and international standards.
- Experience with Risk-Based Approach, ISPE Baseline Guide Vol.5 2nd Edition, and/or ASTM E2500-13.
- Structured, proactive, de-escalating work methodology with assertiveness.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- Effective communication and presentation skills across various hierarchical levels (staff, peers, management, clients, suppliers).

- Develop Design Qualification (DQ) plans and create test documents, including Commissioning, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Support project engineers in reviewing supplier documentation, including Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documents.
- Conduct commissioning and qualification activities for facilities, utilities, and equipment (including computer systems).
- Generate and manage deviations, changes, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commissioning and qualification activities for facilities, utilities, equipment, and computer systems.
- Provide guidance to team members on CQ and compliance adherence.

Qualifications:
