If you contact us by e-mail or using the contact form on our website, we will process the data you provide (e-mail address, your first and last name, if applicable, and other data you provide) to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in connection with contacting us after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

Cookies Use

When you use our website, cookies are also stored on your computer, i.e. small text files that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to us as the cookie-setting organisation. TYPE OF COOKIES

On our website, we use transient cookies, such as session cookies, which store a session ID. With this, in turn, various requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session, so that your computer can be recognized when you visit our website again. Deletion of session cookies and transient cookies takes place when you close the browser or log out.  We also use persistent cookies. These are automatically deleted after a period of time specified for the individual cookies. Type and Scope of Processing

On this website, we use the open-source software Matomo to statistically analyze and improve the use of our services. Matomo is operated exclusively on our own server or on a server under our control in [Germany / the EU] (on-premise). No data is transmitted to Matomo servers or any other third parties.

The following data may be processed:

Shortened IP address (the last [2] bytes are anonymized before storage, so that identification is no longer possible)
Pages visited and time spent on site
Referrer URL (previously visited page)
Browser, operating system, screen resolution, and device type
Approximate location (country/region, derived from the anonymized IP address)
Time of access

Purpose and Legal Basis

The processing serves to measure reach and to optimize our website. Our legitimate interest lies in understanding how the website is used and in developing our services in line with user needs. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention Period

The raw data (log data) is automatically deleted after 90 days. Aggregated, anonymous statistics from which no personal reference can be established are stored for 13 months.

Right to Object (Opt-out)

You can object to the collection of data at any time with effect for the future. If you uncheck the box below, an opt-out cookie will be set in your browser, and your visits will no longer be recorded:
